How can working with TKP benefit me?

Answer: Working with us can reduce your business overhead because you don’t have to pay wages, benefits, etc to an in-house processor.  We also do not get paid unless a loan closes therefore we are much more motivated to close loans faster than an in-house processor would be who gets paid hourly or salary. Aside from the monetary gain, we save you time and stress from the tedious and time consuming duties required to process a loan.

How do I get started?

What are your fees?

Answer: Our fees are $550 per file.  Remember, most of the time there is no cost to you as we are paid directly from the HUD Settlement Statement.

What are your turn times?

Answer: We will submit complete files within 24-48 hours and sometimes sooner.

What happens if a loan doesn’t close?

Answer: If the loan doesn’t close, no one gets paid including TKP.

How secure is my or my client’s information?

Answer: We keep your clients information confidential and never release any information to third parties.

Do you contact the borrower to obtain conditions?

Answer: Yes, we contact the borrower to obtain conditions and any clarification on each file unless you specifically instruct us not to.  We prefer to contact the borrower directly as this expedites the processing of each loan.

Do you run DU and LP?

Answer: Yes, we are highly skilled at running loans through automated systems and working out the quirks or errors that they can sometimes give so that each approval is clean and complete.
