How are fees paid?

  • The processing fee is paid directly to Turn-Key Processing on the HUD-1 by the Title or Escrow Company.
  • The Federal Housing Administration now allows the 3rd party processing fee to be charged to the borrower.
    Therefore the processing fee does not have to be paid out of the Broker’s fee.
  • Other 3rd party fees such as the credit report, DO submission, overnight fees, etc. will be incurred by the Broker.
